Read below for our policies. Call (321) 433-0801 if you have any questions.
Pricing
Digi Donkey’s pricing is based on the actual production time spent working on a project. Digi Donkey charges per minute for all in house services. Outside services or media purchases are billed at the service provider's own rates.
- The rate for basic services (HTML coding, graphic design, data entry, project manager) is $1.60 per minute / $96 hr.
- The rate for a specialist (MySQL, PHP, SEO, Internet Marketing) is $2.50 per minute / $150 hr.
- The rate for consulting is $300 per hour (on location) or $200 per hour (in office / over phone).
Initial Consultations
In certain cases, valuable information and techniques need to be openly discussed with a potential client before Digi Donkey can produce an estimate. If Digi Donkey feels that the information discussed could be used by the client without actually retaining Digi Donkey’s services then that client will be charged for a consultation due immediately upon the conclusion.
Web Design Policies
Digi Donkey does not charge flat rates for web design. Digi Donkey will be paid the rate billed for each minute spent working on a client’s website. Digi Donkey will produce a production log at the client’s request.
Website Updates
The client will be sent an estimate for making the update (no matter how small). If the client agrees to have the work done they will be sent an invoice which can be paid via credit card or PayPal. Once payment has been received the updates will be made within 2 business days. If further additions or changes are requested by the client after paying the invoice another invoice will be sent upon completion for the remainder due.
Sales And Special Offers
In the event of a sale or special offer Digi Donkey’s rates will be discounted according to the terms of the promotion. The rates offered are only good for the terms of the promotion and any production work that falls outside of the promotional terms will be billed at our normal rates.
Payment For Web Design
For projects that are estimated to take less than 10 business days to complete a full payment (based on the estimate) is required before the project is scheduled for production.
For projects that are expected to take over 10 business days a deposit of 50% of the estimate will be required before the project is scheduled for production. The initial deposit may be 50% of the estimate or more in cases which media will be purchased or an outside contractor is required.
If estimated production time is over 20 days…
- 25% of the remaining balance will be required 15 days from the beginning of production
- The remaining balance will be due within 3 days of completion of the website.
If estimated production time is under 20 days…
